Rescue

It is hard to believe that it has only been 2 years since I got a phone call from a Corgi breeder here in GA... she had a German Shepherd that had been rescued from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina that she needed to place asap... So I took her in and promised to find her a good home.... since that time I have helped pull, place and transport over 30 German Shepherds and a Australian Shepherd mom and pups....below are just a few of them....

Cordelia, the one that started it all.... she is now in a loving home in Ohio.

Coal - abandoned in a boarding kennel... found a permanent home with a family here in GA

Crystal - she was "free" on Craig's list. I was told she was a year old... it was plain when I picked her up that she was not a day over 3 months old!! She is now in a permanent home in FL.

Cherokee.. picked up as a stray in Canton, GA.. now in a home in AL

Macy... baby girl "stray" from Murray County GA

This poor baby was in terrible condition when I got her... here is a picture of the day she arrived.... she is now doing well in a home in FL...

This girl was found by a good samaritan on the interstate... she had already been hit once. Thanks to that good samaritan and a bunch of others she was cared for and recovered and is now in a good loving home...

The following were all picked up as strays in Murray County.... they spent varying numbers of days here with me before being transported to rescues elsewhere...

This is Sissy and her pups... again "free" on Craig's list.... Aussie Rescue took them after a week with me :)
